1. MemeKiln
  2. Reclaim SOL

Recover the SOL locked in your empty token accounts

Every token you ever held left a small account in your wallet, with roughly 0.0015 to 0.002 SOL of rent locked inside, even after you sold everything. MemeKiln finds the empty ones and closes them: that SOL goes back to your wallet.

  • Free scan
  • Only empty accounts
  • 15% fee on what you recover
  • Non-custodial

The scan is free and only reads public data. Nothing happens until you approve in your wallet.

Reading which token accounts a wallet has is public on the blockchain. Only the wallet owner can close them, by signing.

How it works

Scan for free

Connect your wallet. MemeKiln reads your token accounts (public data) and shows how many are empty and how much SOL they lock.

Check the numbers

Before anything is signed, you see the SOL recovered, our 15% fee and what comes back to you.

Approve in your wallet

Your wallet shows every transaction. The empty accounts are closed and the SOL lands in your wallet seconds later.

Questions about reclaiming SOL

Why is there SOL in my empty token accounts?

On Solana, every token you hold lives in its own token account, and each account must keep a small rent deposit (roughly 0.0015 to 0.002 SOL). When you sell or send all your tokens, the account stays open with its deposit. Closing it gives the deposit back to the owner.

Which accounts does MemeKiln close?

Only accounts that hold exactly 0 tokens, that your wallet owns and is allowed to close. Accounts with any token left, frozen accounts and Token-2022 accounts that cannot be closed are never touched. Each transaction is simulated before your wallet is asked to sign it.

How much does it cost?

The scan is free. If you close accounts, MemeKiln keeps 15% of the SOL recovered, as a transfer inside the same transaction, and the Solana network charges a tiny fee. You see the exact numbers before you sign. If there is less than 0.003 SOL to recover, no transaction is offered.

Is it safe? Do you get access to my wallet?

No. MemeKiln is non-custodial: it only prepares the transactions, and you sign them in your own wallet, which shows every line. We never see your seed phrase or private key and can never move your tokens. Closing an account is irreversible, but it only applies to empty ones.

Can I still receive these tokens later?

Yes. If someone sends you the same token again, a new token account is simply opened at that time, and its rent is paid again by whoever opens it.
